Brief
Tell us the date, the venue, the audience size and what's happening on stage.
Plan and quote
We review the venue — a site visit or the venue plans — and send you a production plan with an itemised quote.
Advance
Running order, stage plot, input list and any artist requirements are sorted before the day, along with venue access, power and noise conditions.
Show day
Load-in, setup, soundcheck and a crew that stays with the event until the last speaker has finished and the gear is packed down.

Event audio FAQs
How much does event audio cost in New Zealand?
It depends on the audience size, the venue, how many microphones and inputs are involved, whether lighting and staging are included, crew hours and travel. Send us a brief and we'll provide an itemised quote so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
Can you provide audio for outdoor events?
Yes. Outdoor events need a little more planning — weather cover for the stage and equipment, suitable power, and any noise conditions that apply to the site. We work through all of it with you during the advance.
Do you produce events outside Auckland?
Yes. We travel for events throughout New Zealand, and travel costs are itemised in the quote.
Can you work with our venue's existing sound system?
Often, yes. Where the house system is up to the job we can mix through it; where it isn't, we bring in what's needed and tie into the venue's infrastructure where that makes sense.
How far ahead should we book?
The earlier the better, particularly for the summer festival season and the November–December corporate calendar. If your date is close, get in touch anyway — we'll tell you honestly what we can do.
