PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES - Auckland metro: 1–3 business days - North Island (outside Auckland): 2–4 business days - South Island: 3–5 business days Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions. SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — see current promotions on our website. LARGE & FREIGHT ITEMS Speaker systems, amplifier racks, and other large items may require freight delivery. These orders will be quoted separately and our team will contact you to arrange delivery. CLICK & COLLECT Click & Collect is available from our Auckland location. Select this option at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.
