Shipping policy

Audio Connect NZ ships throughout New Zealand. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Auckland metro: 1–3 business days
  • North Island (outside Auckland): 2–4 business days
  • South Island: 3–5 business days

Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $200 — see current promotions on our website.

Large & Freight Items

Speaker systems, amplifier racks, and other large items may require freight delivery. These orders will be quoted separately and our team will contact you to arrange delivery.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Auckland location. Select this option at checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@audioconnect.co.nz with photos and your order number.

Returns & Refunds

We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and unopened, in its original sealed packaging with all accessories and documentation included. A 15% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns, and return shipping is at the customer's expense. Once received and inspected, your refund (less the restocking fee) is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Custom and special-order items are non-returnable except by prior written agreement. Faulty or damaged goods are covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) at no cost to you, with no restocking fee.
