These Terms of Service govern your use of the Audio Connect NZ website and the purchase of our products and services. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if stock is unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You will be notified and any payment refunded promptly.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Hire Equipment

Hire of AV equipment is subject to separate hire terms provided at the time of booking. Equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was hired. The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage during the hire period.

Installation Services

Installation services are subject to a separate written agreement provided prior to commencement. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that Act or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Audio Connect NZ's liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
