The Crown XLS2502 is a two-channel Class D power amplifier delivering 775W per channel into 4 ohms, built for installers and engineers who need substantial output from a lightweight, rack-friendly chassis. Onboard DSP and limiting make it a practical single-box solution for driving main or fill systems without an external processor.

DriveCore technology integrates the amplifier drive stage into the output device, which is how the XLS2502 keeps its weight under 5kg while maintaining thermal headroom under sustained load. The second-generation XLS platform adds an LCD display three times larger than the previous generation, expanded DSP with band pass filtering per channel, and the integrated PureBand Crossover System for crossover, high-pass and low-pass duties. Forced-air fans manage thermal buildup, and a remote power trigger allows the amplifier to follow a system control sequence in a rack. Selectable input sensitivity of 1.4Vrms or 0.775Vrms ensures the amplifier reaches full power from either professional or consumer-level sources.
