The Crown XLI1500 is a two-channel power amplifier delivering 450W per channel into 4 ohms, aimed at musicians, DJs, mobile operators and integrators who need dependable stereo power without the cost of a touring-grade amplifier. It suits small to medium PA rigs, foldback systems and modest distributed installations.

Operating modes cover stereo, parallel and bridge-mono, so a single chassis can drive a stereo pair, feed two zones from one source, or be bridged for a subwoofer or centre cluster. Input sensitivity is user-selectable between 0.775V and 1.4V to match consoles, processors and consumer-level sources, with both RCA and XLR connectors provided. Outputs are available on Speakon and binding posts for permanent wiring or portable use. The front panel carries two level controls, a power switch, power LED and six status LEDs giving signal presence, clip and fault indication per channel, so problems are identified at the rack rather than at the loudspeaker. Protection circuitry guards against shorts, no-load conditions, on/off thumps and radio-frequency interference.
