The AKG SRA2W is a passive wide-band directional antenna for UHF wireless microphone and in-ear systems, giving engineers and integrators focused, preferred-direction coverage where omnidirectional whip antennas struggle with range or interference.

Because it is passive, it draws no DC bias from the receiver and adds no active gain stage or noise to the RF path, making it a straightforward remote-antenna upgrade when paired with suitable low-loss coaxial cable and, where cable runs are long, an in-line booster. The moulded case is water-resistant and rugged enough for outdoor use, with a standard BNC input for reliable termination.
