The AKG SRA2B-W is an active directional wide-band UHF antenna for wireless microphone and in-ear systems, giving engineers and integrators a stronger, cleaner RF feed to their receivers than the stock whips supplied with most systems.

Its directional pattern is aimed at the performance area to concentrate pickup where the transmitters are and reject reflections and interference arriving from behind, while the built-in amplifier offsets the losses of long coaxial runs between the antenna position and the rack. It connects into standard BNC antenna distribution, drawing its supply over the same coaxial feed, and is built for both permanent installation and repeated touring use.
