DESCRIPTION
The AKG SR470-BD1 is a half-rack analogue UHF receiver with microcontroller-controlled space diversity, intended for engineers and integrators who need dependable single-channel wireless for speech and vocals without the overhead of a networked system. Band 1 covers a 30.5 MHz switching bandwidth, giving room to find clear frequencies in busy RF environments.
Set-up is handled by the receiver itself: an environment scan identifies usable frequencies, auto setup transfers the chosen frequency to the transmitter, and rehearsal mode logs dropouts and audio peaks during a soundcheck so problems can be traced before a performance. The metal housing takes the supplied RMU4000 rack-mount kit for single or paired installation, and two 50-ohm BNC antenna inputs allow remote or distributed aerials where the rack sits away from the stage.
