DESCRIPTION
The Bettear RTX-GO is a compact handheld Auracast receiver that lets a listener tune into a broadcast audio stream and hear it through their own earphones. It is intended for venues and facilities providing assistive listening, language interpretation or silent audio zones, where units are handed out to patrons, delegates or students and returned at the end of a session.
Auracast broadcast audio is built on Bluetooth LE Audio and the LC3 codec, so a single transmitter can serve an unlimited number of receivers across a coverage area without the licensing, loop wiring or line-of-sight constraints of induction loop and infrared systems. The RTX-GO sits alongside the wider Bettear Auracast transmitter and receiver range, allowing an installer to build a complete broadcast system from a matched family of hardware. The pocket-sized enclosure and simplified control set are designed for repeated public handling rather than operator-level configuration.
