DESCRIPTION
The JBL PRX912 is a two-way powered 12-inch loudspeaker designed for engineers and integrators who need a compact main or monitor cabinet with full system processing on board. It suits mobile production rigs, permanent installations and musicians running their own front of house.
The driver complement pairs a 912G 12-inch ferrite woofer with a JBL 2408H-2 1.5-inch poly-annular compression driver on an updated JBL image control waveguide for a controlled 90° x 50° pattern. Low-noise, low-distortion gain staging feeds efficient Class D amplification, and operation is fanless. A colour LCD screen gives direct access to the DSP suite, while the JBL Pro Connect app extends control across a system. The polypropylene/talcum composite enclosure is optimised for rigidity, with two integrated handles, dual 36 mm pole sockets and six M10 suspension points.
