The AKG PCC130SW is a low-profile surface-mount cardioid condenser microphone for tables, lecterns and other boundary surfaces. It is built for installers and facility managers who need discreet, intelligible speech pickup in conference rooms, lecture theatres and worship spaces, with the added convenience of an integrated on/off switch for talker control.

Part of the Crown PCC (Phase Coherent Cardioid) family, the microphone sits directly on the boundary so that direct and reflected sound arrive in phase, avoiding the comb filtering that affects stand-mounted microphones over hard surfaces. The result is a cleaner, more natural voice with improved gain before feedback. The cardioid pattern rejects sound from the rear, helping to control room noise and adjacent talkers in multi-microphone systems. A compact, robust housing keeps it visually unobtrusive on a conference table, and the balanced output integrates directly with standard mixers, DSP mix-minus systems and automatic microphone mixers.
