The dbx PB-48 is a passive 48-point patchbay that brings outboard processors, console inserts, tie lines and monitor feeds to a single accessible front panel. It suits studio, live and touring engineers who need to reconfigure signal paths quickly without recabling behind a rack.

Forty-eight 1/4-inch jack points on the front are wired to forty-eight matching points on the rear, so any device can be normalled, interrupted or reassigned by patch cable alone. The chassis and jack hardware are built for repeated plugging and transport, and because the design is entirely passive there is no power supply, no added noise floor and nothing to fail in a road rack.
