The Soundcraft Notepad-8FX is a compact analogue mixing console with 2 mono and 3 stereo inputs, onboard Lexicon effects and a built-in USB audio interface. It suits podcasters, content producers, musicians and small venues that need professional preamps and recording capability without the footprint or complexity of a larger desk.

The mono channels use Soundcraft microphone preamps derived from the company's larger consoles, delivering low-noise gain for condenser and dynamic sources. A familiar channel strip layout provides EQ on each input, with master level and a rotary headphone volume control for monitoring. USB I/O handles two-way audio between the mixer and a computer, so playback tracks, backing music or conference audio can be returned to the mix while the programme feed is captured. The chassis is a durable metal enclosure built for repeated transport and permanent desktop or rack-adjacent placement.
