The Soundcraft Mini Stagebox 16i is a compact digital stagebox that places 16 remote-controlled microphone inputs and eight analogue outputs at the source, connected to the console over a single MADI link. It suits engineers and integrators who need to extend console I/O to the stage, a rack room or a distant zone without running multicore.

Studer-designed preamps handle gain and phantom power under remote control from the host console, so input settings are managed from front of house rather than at the box. MADI carries the audio digitally over one cable run, reducing weight, noise pickup and setup time, while the rugged chassis is built for repeated transport and permanent rack installation alike.
