Martin Audio engineered the WLX as a dedicated flown sub-bass enclosure within the acclaimed Wavefront Linear series, delivering powerful and controlled low-frequency reinforcement for large-scale touring and live event applications. Utilising HYBRID® horn-loaded technology, the WLX combines the efficiency of horn-loaded designs with the extended bandwidth of direct-radiating configurations, resulting in exceptional output and minimal distortion across the entire sub-bass spectrum.

The WLX houses dual 18" (460mm) long-excursion drivers in a compact, tour-ready enclosure purpose-built for flown deployment. Integrated rigging hardware ensures seamless compatibility with the WLC and WPS line array systems, enabling fast and secure flyable sub-bass arrays without compromising trim height or sight lines.
