The AKG LYRA is a multi-pattern USB condenser microphone built for recording, podcasting and conferencing without an external interface or preamp. Its four selectable capture modes make it equally suited to a single presenter, a two-person interview, a room of participants or a stereo instrument take, so one microphone covers a wide range of content production duties.

A four-capsule array feeds 24-bit/192kHz conversion, giving Ultra HD-grade resolution that sits comfortably alongside 4K video workflows. Front-panel controls handle gain and mute, and the headphone output offers latency-free monitoring with its own volume adjustment. The housing follows an industrial-retro design inspired by the AKG C414, and the removable desktop stand can be swapped for a boom arm or standard microphone stand when the microphone needs to be positioned away from the desk.
