The JBL IRX115S is a 15-inch powered subwoofer built to extend the low-frequency reach of portable PA systems, delivering solid, controlled bass for mobile engineers, musicians and installers running small to mid-sized rooms. It pairs naturally with JBL Professional IRX Series tops, but works equally well as general-purpose low end beneath any compact system.

A 15-inch woofer with a 3-inch voicecoil sits in a ported MDF enclosure that increases output while reducing woofer noise, reaching down to 35 Hz. Selectable crossover points let you match the subwoofer to the tops without an external processor, and a polarity switch helps align the system in awkward rooms. Two XLR combo inputs and two XLR outputs simplify signal distribution, while a built-in pole mount, reinforced grille and ergonomic handles suit repeated load-ins.
