About this item
A projector and a 100" tripod screen, hired as one item — picture, screen and stand together, so there is nothing to source separately and nothing to discover missing on the day.
Where it suits. One hundred inches is the workhorse size for function rooms, boardrooms, school halls and marquees. A presentation still reads from the back of a room around seven to eight metres deep, and video holds up further back than that. The stand is freestanding, so it needs no wall, no rigging and no ladder — it goes up in a couple of minutes anywhere there is floor space, and comes down just as fast at the end of the night.
What people use it for. Conference and AGM presentations, training days, wedding and birthday photo montages, club screenings, product launches, and the big match. Bright enough to hold a picture in a normally lit room, though drawing a curtain will always give you a punchier image.
Before the day. Tell us what you are plugging in — laptop, camera, media player or a phone — and we will send the right cables and adaptors with it, which is where most AV headaches actually start. Larger screen sizes are available on request, and the projector can be hired on its own if you already have a screen or a wall to throw at.
