The Soundcraft EPM8 is a compact analogue mixing console with eight mono inputs and two stereo inputs, aimed at engineers, installers and musicians who need dependable signal quality and straightforward routing without the complexity of a digital surface. It suits front-of-house duties in smaller rooms, submixing within a larger system, and permanent installation where a fixed, predictable control surface is preferable.

Each mono channel carries a three-band EQ with a swept mid for corrective work on vocals and instruments, while the stereo channels use a two-band EQ for playback and line sources. Two configurable auxiliary buses handle monitor sends or effects, and TRS inserts on all mono inputs and the mix output allow outboard dynamics and processing to be patched into the chain. Connectivity uses XLR and quarter-inch metal jack sockets, with RCA phono inputs and record outputs for playback devices and recorders. The chassis is rack mountable for fixed installs and equipment racks.
