The dbx DriveRack PA2 is a complete loudspeaker management processor that sits between your mixer and amplifiers, handling crossover duties, system EQ, limiting, driver alignment and feedback suppression in a single rack unit. It suits installers commissioning fixed systems, engineers running portable PA rigs and venue staff who need a system protected and tuned without a rack full of separate boxes.

Input processing covers dbx compression, AFS (Advanced Feedback Suppression), graphic EQ, an 8-band parametric EQ used by the AutoEQ routine, and subharmonic synthesis for low-end reinforcement. On the output side, the crossover supports full-range, 2-way and 3-way configurations, with per-output 8-band parametric EQ for speaker tunings, dbx limiting to protect drivers and alignment delays to time-correct multi-way and distributed systems. Setup wizards walk through speaker and amplifier selection, and the unit can be configured and operated from a mobile device, so tuning can be carried out from the listening position rather than at the rack.
