A polarisation diversity omnidirectional antenna that combines a vertical monopole and a horizontal folded loop element in a single compact housing, providing 360ÃÂð azimuth coverage while simultaneously capturing both polarisation orientations. This dual-element approach eliminates the most prevalent cause of wireless microphone dropout without requiring remote antenna placement or complex cabling runs.
The Diversity Omni's 146 MHz bandwidth covers 470âÃÂÃÂ616 MHz, encompassing the most densely occupied portion of the UHF wireless microphone spectrum. Two BNC female outputs connect directly to a receiver's A & B diversity inputs or to the dual inputs of a DISTRO4 or DISTRO9 HDR distribution system.
