The CSS-H30 is a 30-watt paging horn from the JBL Professional Commercial Solutions Series, engineered for clear speech reproduction in public address, announcement, intercom, security, alarm and industrial applications. Its high sensitivity produces substantial sound pressure levels from modest amplifier power, making it a practical choice for installers covering large or noisy areas with limited amplifier channels.

A multi-tap transformer allows the horn to be tapped across 70V and 100V distributed lines, with an 8-ohm direct bypass for low-impedance systems, so it drops into existing infrastructure without redesign. The phenolic diaphragm compression driver is chosen for outdoor durability and long service life, while a built-in high-pass filter protects the driver from low-frequency content that would otherwise shorten its life. The weather-resistant enclosure is supplied with a stainless steel bracket and hardware for exposed exterior mounting.
