The AKG CGN331E is a complete lectern microphone kit pairing the CK31 cardioid condenser capsule with a 30 cm GN30 E gooseneck module and windscreen. It is aimed at integrators and facility managers specifying podium and conference table positions where clear speech pickup and quick, repeatable setup matter.

The CK31 capsule threads onto the gooseneck, which terminates in a standard XLR connector for direct connection to a mixer or wall plate, or to the supplied XLR phantom power adapter. That adapter provides a 250 Hz bass rolloff to control proximity effect and lectern rumble, plus an LED ring for at-a-glance status. The gooseneck holds its position reliably in fixed installations and travels well in mobile racks and portable lecterns.
