The BP899cW is a subminiature omnidirectional condenser lavalier microphone in black, terminated with a locking 4-pin cW-style connector for direct connection to Audio-Technica cW-style UniPak wireless body-pack transmitters — no power module required. The omnidirectional capsule offers a natural, consistent frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, capturing the full range of voice equally from all directions — the preferred pattern in acoustically controlled environments.

The permanently attached urethane elastomer cable delivers superior flexibility and resilience to abrasion and moisture, while the miniature capsule design maximises concealment in hair, on clothing, or at a lectern. The black version is suited to dark clothing, hair, and stage environments where minimal visibility is essential.
