The Audio-Technica BP892XCH-TH is a subminiature omnidirectional condenser headworn microphone in theatre beige, terminated with a screw-down 4-pin cH connector for Audio-Technica 3000 Series and other cH-style body-pack transmitters. Weighing 2.6 g across microphone, boom and earpiece, it is intended for presenters, performers and worship leaders who need a near-invisible microphone that stays put through long sessions.

The 9.5 mm long by 2.6 mm diameter element sits on a 98.5 mm boom, placing the capsule close to the mouth for high gain-before-feedback while the omnidirectional pattern keeps level consistent as the head moves. The earpiece hooks behind either ear and can be converted to a dual-ear fitting with the supplied AT8464x adapter kit. Power comes from the body-pack, so no separate module is required, and the detachable 1.4 m cable can be replaced without retiring the headworn assembly. Hypoallergenic materials suit shared or rental use.
