The Bettear B-RTX-EXPERIENCE-NFC is a compact handheld Auracast receiver for venues that need to deliver clear, low-latency audio to visitors who do not carry an Auracast-enabled phone, earbuds or hearing aid. It is aimed at facility managers and AV integrators providing assistive listening, language interpretation or guided-tour audio as a loan-out device.

Auracast broadcast audio is transmitted over Bluetooth LE Audio from a compatible transmitter, so a single broadcast serves an unlimited number of receivers without per-seat infrastructure, aerial loops or line-of-sight requirements. The B-RTX works as part of the Bettear ecosystem alongside B-CASTER transmitters, allowing an existing installation to be extended simply by adding units. The enclosure is a purpose-built handheld unit sized for repeated public handling, and NFC removes the need for staff to talk users through menus at the door.
