The Bettear B-EX4 is an input extension unit that adds four audio input channels to a B-SHOW or ART assistive listening system, giving venues the capacity to distribute additional language, audio description or programme feeds without deploying a second base unit. It is intended for integrators and venue technical staff working with multi-channel listening and interpretation setups.

The expander connects directly to the host system and its channels appear alongside the built-in inputs, bringing the total to six mono or three stereo channels. Phantom power is provided on the expander inputs, allowing condenser microphones to be connected without external supplies, and the unit follows the same rack-oriented build approach as the rest of the range.
