The Bettear CASTER-X is a professional Auracast (Bluetooth LE Audio) transmitter that broadcasts two channels of analogue audio to an unlimited number of listeners' earbuds, hearing aids and receivers. It suits AV integrators and venue managers delivering assistive listening, silent audio zones or multilingual feeds without the cost and hygiene overhead of distributing dedicated hardware.

Audio arrives on two 3-pin terminal blocks at 3.5 mm pitch, with input gain from -12 dB to +32 dB and onboard DSP offering AGC plus low- and high-pass filtering. Broadcasts run in stereo, mix or dual-mono, open or secured with AES128 encryption and a 4 to 16 character password. Antennas are switchable between internal and external, so the unit can sit in a rack and still radiate from a remote whip where coverage demands it. Configuration is handled from the built-in web panel, Hive Central software or a control-system API.
