The Bettear B-CASTER is a two-channel Auracast™ audio streamer that broadcasts programme audio directly to Auracast-enabled receivers, including hearing aids, cochlear implants and consumer headphones. It is aimed at AV integrators and facility managers who need to deliver assistive listening and multi-language audio without issuing, cleaning or charging a fleet of body-pack receivers.

Built on Bluetooth LE Audio, the streamer takes a line-level feed from a mixing console, DSP or AV matrix and broadcasts it as a public or private Auracast stream that listeners join from their own device. Two independent channels allow a primary programme and a second feed — a translation, a descriptive track or a separate zone — to run from one unit, and multiple streamers can be deployed across a site for wider coverage. The white enclosure is intended for discreet fixed installation in ceilings, racks and equipment cupboards.
