The ATW-T220aD is a frequency-agile UHF handheld microphone transmitter for the 2000 Series true-diversity wireless system, supplied here in Band CD covering 537–563 MHz. The integrated PRO 41 cardioid dynamic capsule delivers the sonic character of its wired counterpart with excellent feedback rejection, while the steel head case and ergonomic handle ensure confident stage handling night after night.

Automatic frequency scanning across ten selectable UHF channels provides fast resolution of RF conflicts, and the adjustable trim control lets engineers match the transmitter to the vocalist's output level at the source. Tone Lock squelch and a switchable RF power output (High 30 mW / Low 10 mW) make the system equally competent in intimate venues and larger touring environments.
