The Audinate Dante AVIO Bluetooth adapter puts a wireless audio input and output directly on a Dante network, allowing any phone, tablet or laptop to be paired and routed as a native Dante source. It suits integrators and system operators who need occasional programme playback or a mobile phone connection into a conferencing system without running cables to the device.

Connection is a single RJ45 to the nearest Dante switch port, which carries audio, control and Power over Ethernet, so no local power supply is required at the point of use. The adapter appears in Dante Controller like any other endpoint, with channel labelling, subscriptions and device naming handled in software, and clock differences between the Bluetooth device and the Dante network resolved internally. The moulded housing is compact enough to sit discreetly at a lectern, credenza or rack rear.
