The JBL Professional 308P MkII is an eight-inch two-way powered studio monitor built for accurate tracking, mixing and editing in project studios, edit suites and post-production rooms. It brings the imaging and low-frequency authority of larger JBL designs into a compact cabinet, making it a practical reference for engineers and producers working in acoustically imperfect spaces.

The patented Image Control Waveguide, developed for JBL's flagship monitoring systems, is paired with next-generation transducers for tighter transient response and improved linearity, producing a broad, room-friendly sweet spot and a stable stereo centre. Dual custom Class-D amplifiers drive each transducer directly, while the Slip Stream low-frequency port maintains bass extension at both low and high playback levels. Boundary EQ and HF Trim switches let you compensate for desk or wall reflections and tailor the top end, and the balanced input stage integrates cleanly with any interface or monitor controller.
