The dbx 215S is a dual-channel 15-band graphic equaliser offering precise 1/3-octave control over two independent signal paths. It suits engineers and integrators who need reliable, repeatable tonal correction for stereo programme material, monitor wedges or two separate zones in a fixed installation.

Each channel provides fifteen Constant Q frequency bands, so adjusting a fader alters level without widening the filter and disturbing adjacent bands — important when notching feedback or correcting room modes. A switchable boost/cut range lets you choose broad correction or fine trim, and a ±12 dB input gain control allows the unit to be matched to the level structure of the console or processor feeding it. Four-segment LED ladders on each channel show output level at a glance, while a front-panel bypass switch permits instant A/B comparison against the unequalised signal. Balanced XLR and TRS connectors on both inputs and outputs make integration straightforward in rack or portable rigs.
